Prof. Rohit Kapoor is a faculty in the Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques area. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad. His research interests are in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Inventory Control and Network Design. He has good exposure to Mathematical Programming, Optimal Control, Monte Carlo Simulation, and Meta-Heuristics. He has authored quite a few research papers, which are published in reputed journals like the Global Business Review, Business Process Management, International Journal of Mathematics in Operational Research, International Journal of Services in Operations Research, Indian Journal of Economics and Business, International Journal of Marketing and Business Communication, International Journal of Research in Commerce and Management, and Vilakshan – XIMB Journal of Management. He has also done field cases that are presented at case conferences and published in journals.
Mr. Manoj Motiani holds an FPM from IIM Ahmedabad, where he received the IFCI Award for Best Thesis in 2014. He completed his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from Rajasthan University and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. Before pursuing his PhD, he worked with Aditya Birla Group and Godrej.
He has presented his research at the Yale China India Insights Conference in New York and was selected as an AMA Sheth Scholar at the University of Michigan in 2013. Manoj has taught Marketing Management and Services Marketing as a visiting faculty at NID Ahmedabad, IBS Ahmedabad, and Rajagiri Cochin. His key research areas include Sales Management, Services Marketing, and Neuromarketing.
